Ooops! Got something that doesn't look or act or fit the way you wanted it to? We are very sorry you aren't completely thrilled with your purchase, and here's what you can do to help us make it right for you.
Please return any defective item to us. Include a note with the reason for the return, a copy of your invoice, your name, address, email address and/or phone number. As soon as we receive the return, we will ship a replacement to you at no additional charge. If you would like an exchange for a completely different item, it will be considered a new order subject to the usual shipping charge.
Please return an item you are not satisfied with for any other reason. We can only accept it in its original, new, and unblemished box or package. Please return to us with a note that includes the reason for the return, a copy of your invoice, your name, address, & email address and/or phone number. A credit for the purchase price will be cheerfully given. If you would like an exchange for a completely different item, it will be considered a new order subject to the usual shipping charge.
